The Innofader Pro2 does not require any modifications. For the Innofader Pro, please see the modification instructions here.
The SM2 also requires a calibration similar to the Rane TTM mixer to get the optimal cut-in. It is only possible to do this calibration with the Innofader Pro or Pro2.
